IDT/NRS is expanding its restaurant platform and seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to architect, build, and scale services for merchant and staff interfaces. You will own core backend and frontend components, ensure reliability at scale, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver intuitive experiences for tens of thousands of users.

You will work in a distributed team with hybrid options (Minsk/Belarus).

Qualificações

• 6-8+ years building full-stack products, with senior responsibility.
• Deep Node.js and TypeScript across the full stack with production services you designed.
• Strong understanding of REST API design and microservices.
• Relational DB skills with Postgres or MySQL; non-relational stores like Redis or MongoDB.
• Experience with queues/streaming (Kinesis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, BullMQ, etc.).
• Frontend experience with Vue; React or Angular acceptable with component/ state management.
• Real-time interfaces with websockets (socket.io preferred).
• Excellent debugging and ability to diagnose production failures.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and deliver restaurant-facing services from data model to API to screens.
• Merchant-facing restaurant surfaces: kitchen display and order screens.
• Extend and harden existing services without destabilizing them.
• Ensure correctness under concurrency and handle offline scenarios.
• Manage queues, background jobs, and event-driven flows.
• Safely roll out releases affecting tens of thousands of users.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape features.
• Provide technical direction and code reviews for engineers.
