LifeStance Health in Irving, TX is seeking a licensed therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) for our 100% outpatient clinical team. The role offers a hybrid schedule with two days in the office and the rest remote, supporting a balanced, high-quality behavioral health practice.

We provide generous compensation ranging from $75,000 to $100,000+ with productivity-based pay, full benefits, a sign-on bonus, and an annual cash bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Texas as LCSW, LPC or LMFT.
• Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days in office, remaining days remote.
• Ability to see children and adults.

Responsibilities
