Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Hybrid Cloud Architect to design strategies and reference architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI for enterprises operating on more than one cloud. The role focuses on portability, abstraction layers, federated identity, cross-cloud networking, and platform offerings that hide cloud-specific complexity from product teams.

The ideal candidate has architected multi-cloud capabilities with a production mindset and strong opinions grounded in experience.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in cloud architecture roles.
• Hands-on with at least two major cloud providers.
• Deep understanding of cloud networking, identity, and security.
• Experience with IaC and policy-as-code across clouds.
• Federated identity and SSO design experience.
• Kubernetes, containers, and managed cloud services experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-cloud strategy, target-state architecture, and guardrails.
• Design federated identity, SSO, and cross-cloud auth patterns.
• Architect cross-cloud networking including transit hubs and private connectivity.
• Establish reusable IaC patterns that abstract cloud implementations.
• Define container, Kubernetes, and serverless strategies across providers.
• Design data movement, residency, and analytics across clouds.
• Drive multi-cloud observability, security monitoring, and policy enforcement.
• Lead FinOps practices across multiple providers.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity spanning clouds.
• Collaborate with security on multi-cloud models and key management.
• Provide guidance on cloud-agnostic vs cloud-native patterns.
