Job summary

R8 Technologies is seeking a Project Engineer to lead AI-powered software integration for HVAC and energy-efficiency in real estate portfolios. This fully remote role requires strong English and German communication skills and experience in HVAC or Building Automation.

You will onboard clients, analyze system performance, and provide technical support across the R8 Digital Operator. The position offers flexible hours, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to contribute to reducing energy

Qualifications

Mid- to senior-level experience in HVAC, Energy Efficiency, or Building Automation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

Integrate BMS data into the R8 Digital Operator and deliver results to customers.
Analyze HVAC systems and controls performance.
Onboard new clients and retain existing ones.
Support customers and partners technically via email, calls, and site visits.
Provide product feedback and test new features across R8 solutions.
Support sales with technical expertise.
