National Technology Transfer, Inc. (NTT) seeks an HVAC Instructor to lead project-based instruction for corporate clients. The role covers theory and hands-on training in HVAC, boilers and chilled water systems, with emphasis on real-world applications.

Candidates bring at least ten years of field or instructional experience, strong public speaking skills, and the ability to travel across the United States. DOT card is required and a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• Ten years of field experience in HVAC systems.
• Public speaking experience for curriculum delivery.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Experience teaching 8-hour courses in classroom or industrial settings.
• Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Computer literacy: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database software.
• Willing to travel regularly within the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive NTT trucks to course sites.
• Current DOT card required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional classroom instruction in HVAC topics.
• Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations.
• Demonstrate classroom management and presentation skills.
• Teach a diverse group of students and professionals.
• Coordinate with Sales to tailor training for clients.
• Explain technical concepts to learners of all levels.
• Discuss and upsell products and services to client decision-makers.
