Job summary

NewAmsterdam Pharma Corporation seeks an HR Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact people, culture, facilities, and executive support initiatives across the organization. This role serves as the central project lead for company-wide meetings, leadership development sessions, and employee engagement events while managing budgets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The position is predominantly remote, with in-person attendance at the Philadelphia-area office required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, project management, employee engagement, events, or related role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, competing priorities, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Experience supporting senior executives, leadership meetings, Board-related scheduling, or confidential business matters preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, project tracking tools, and other collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide meetings, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Project manage HR-led meetings from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, vendors, and communications.
• Identify and manage events that celebrate milestones and cultural moments, aligned with company priorities.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on culture-building and leadership communication initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure events are organized, on-brand, and inclusive.
• Develop leadership development sessions and assist with external visibility efforts for company leaders.
• Manage branded merchandise and onboarding materials, including vendor relationships and budgeting.
• Execute ad-hoc HR projects across teams, coordinating with HR, Finance, Operations, and executives.
