Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or equivalent.
- Typically 10+ years of HR experience as a business partner to senior leaders in a large, complex organization.
- Experience shaping workforce strategy and leading organization design and talent initiatives.
- Experience using workforce and business data to diagnose issues and influence decisions.
- Ability to build credibility with senior leaders and lead through ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior HR business partner to the KBA Sales Leadership Team, advising on business, talent, culture and change priorities.
- Translate commercial strategy into an integrated workforce plan with clear priorities and measures.
- Lead organization design for the Sales organization, including structure, spans and roles.
- Develop strategic workforce plans addressing current needs and future capabilities.
- Partner with Sales leaders on performance expectations, incentives and accountability.
- Provide executive coaching and leadership development to strengthen impact.
