Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related professional experience or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree in exercise science, health science, physical education, or related field.
  • Certification in an applicable discipline (e.g., ATC, CSCS, PT, Cognitive Performance, Performance Dietitian).
  • Experience with multi-domain human performance programming.
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, data management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product management team to see changes through implementation.
  • Partner with project management team to see changes through implementation.
  • Communicate directly with the client.
  • Develop enhanced change management reporting.
  • Train, mentor and coach less tenured change management analysts.
  • Support the Human Performance Manager in planning, developing, and synchronizing technical training, guidance, and policy recommendations.
  • Coordinate, implement, document, and oversee human performance services that support peak performance and reconditioning of SOF personnel.
  • Maintain inventories of human performance supplies and equipment, prepare requisitions, and coordinate preventive maintenance.
  • Develop and distribute training materials; coordinate staff training and travel; and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Collect, analyze, document, and report performance data to Human Performance and POTFF leadership, including entries in the SPEAR enterprise database.
  • Support the integration of service members and families into assigned units, strengthen family connections, and assist with deployment and transition readiness.
  • Collaborate with medical, psychological, cognitive, performance, nutrition, and family support professionals in a cross-functional environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of program and operational requirements.
