Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a High Performance Computing Engineer to design and optimize GPU workloads for AI training, inference, and scientific computing.

You will leverage CUDA C/C++, GPU architectures, and profiling tools to extract maximum throughput on modern accelerators, delivering production-ready code.

Collaborating with product, design, engineering, and operations teams, you will translate ambiguous requirements into robust, scalable solutions and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Six or more years of experience in GPU programming and performance engineering.
• Deep expertise in CUDA C/C++ and GPU programming models.
• Strong understanding of modern GPU architectures, memory hierarchies, and execution models.
• Hands-on experience profiling and optimizing GPU workloads in production.
• Familiarity with NCCL, MPI, and high-performance interconnect technologies.
• Strong C++ skills and familiarity with modern systems programming practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize compute-intensive workloads on modern accelerator hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate ambiguous requirements into high-performing solutions.
• Raise the bar through code reviews, design reviews, and mentorship of junior engineers.
