Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an AMS HPC & AI Deployment Project Manager (Finance) to lead complex delivery deployments across the Americas. This remote/teleworker role supports projects from home with extensive travel to customer sites or HPE offices.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelors or equivalent with about 7 years in technical project management, strong communication, and the ability to steer matrixed teams and manage P&L in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7 years of experience in technical project management
• PMP certification is a plus
• US Citizenship required
• Travel extensive, every 2 or 3 weeks

Responsibilities

• Manage customer project/solution delivery.
• Customer facing with multiple teams
• Very large/complex American regions
• High risk deployment schedules
• High complexity legal and commercial issues
• Manage project financials including project P&L
• Manage client relationships
• Manage upper level client delivery relationships
• Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients
• Manage internal project team from multiple HPE organizations
• Manage internal as well as external resources with a team size less than 40 people
• Mentor and encourage skill development of project team members
• Provide detail performance review input and development recommendations for team members
