• Compare room types, amenities, locations, and available travel options.
• Assist with hotel, resort, and other travel reservations.
• Research destinations and identify options that fit travel needs.
• Coordinate additional travel arrangements and vacation details on request.
• Organize reservation confirmations and important trip information.
• Communicate booking details, updates, and deadlines with clients.
• Assist with reservation modifications and travel updates as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized client and booking information.
• Stay informed about hotels, destinations, travel products, and supplier resources.
• Provide professional support throughout the research and booking process.
