Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Profee Multispecialty Hospitalist Coding Specialist to work remotely in the United States.

The role focuses on CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding across professional fee, facility, or HCC contexts, with a workload spanning multiple specialties such as UR, Podiatry, Plastics, Pediatrics, OB, and others. The ideal candidate holds AAPC or AHIMA certification, has at least 6 months of coding experience, and demonstrates high productivity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be certified through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P).
• At least 6 months of on-the-job coding experience.
• Proficient with EMR and billing systems.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Work from home and be independent in coding skills.
• Provide CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding across multiple specialties.
• Apply ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes to the highest level of specificity.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy targets (≥95%).
• Adhere to AHIMA Standards of Ethical Coding and company ethics.
