Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our growing team. In this remote role, you will provide critical after-hours triage for hospice patients and families over the phone with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely interventions and care coordination.

Requirements include an active multistate RN license and experience in hospice or palliative care; comfort with EMR documentation; ability to multitask, maintain calm under pressure, and work independently

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license required.
• Hospice/palliative care experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and EMR for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine next steps.
• Coordinate with on-call teams to manage care and resources.
• Document all communications and interventions accurately.
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor during urgent calls.
