Job summary

AIS Healthcare is seeking a PRN Home Infusion IVIG RN to perform infusions in patients' homes across the Syracuse, NY area. This fully remote, autonomous role requires 2–3 days per week with travel up to 150–200 miles one way, and travel time paid.

Ideal for RNs seeking flexibility and one-on-one patient care. Responsibilities include administering IVIG therapies, educating patients, and coordinating with physicians and pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current New York license and ability to licensure in other states
• One year nursing experience; IV-related experience a plus
• Have and maintain current CPR certification
• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance (liability limits specified)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) to document patient care activity

Responsibilities

• Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in patients' homes (Pediatric and Adult)
• Deliver one-on-one home infusion nursing visits and patient education following physician plan
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with patient, physician, pharmacist and partners
• Travel within greater Syracuse area; occasional travel up to 150–200 miles one way; travel time paid and mileage reimbursed
• Engage in continuous training on new technology and clinical requirements; IgCN/CRNI certification may be reimbursed
• Work autonomously in a fully remote PRN Home Infusion setting
