Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Georgia with multi-state eligibility.
• Minimum one year nursing experience; IV-related experience preferred.
• CPR certification current.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide IVIG infusion therapies in patients' homes per physician's plan.
• Deliver one-on-one home infusion nursing visits and patient education.
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists and other care partners.
• Travel up to 150-200 miles one way; travel time paid; mileage reimbursed.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation using MS Office tools.
