You will troubleshoot equipment, maintain QA records, handle inventory, and provide after-hours support as needed, serving Monroe and surrounding counties while upholding UR's commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use technology for wayfinding.
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting.
• Strong customer service and interaction with patients and caregivers.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and packages home infusion orders.
• Delivers home infusion orders and DME/HME equipment to patients.
• Educates patients on DME/HME equipment.
• Orders and maintains inventory; rotates stock.
• Troubleshoots DME/HME equipment and tests infusion pumps.
• Maintains QA documentation for home infusion and equipment.
• Coordinates and follows up on product returns.
• Provides after-hours on-call support, as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
