Qualifications

• Strong probing and investigating skills.
• Passion for customer service and delivering empathetic responses.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Brand ambassador, embodying the Urgently brand.
• Ensure the security of customers' information and well‑being.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Commit to 15-25 hours per week (weekend options may exist).
• Meet the minimum computer specifications (laptop or desktop).
• Possess a USB headset with a microphone (required for training).
• Have a hard-wired broadband internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber).
• Purchase a USB noise-canceling headset for the role.
