Job summary

Feedinkoo is seeking a remote Research Director to plan, develop, and direct programs and services for clients and their circles. You will report to the Owner or Director of Operations and lead applied research efforts while ensuring compliance with health-care regulations.

The role requires supervisory experience in home health care, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across remote settings.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or coordinating teams in health care settings.
• Background in clinical or academic health research is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Develop abstracts, goals, and plans for applied research.
• Identify and implement organizational structure for programs.
• Plan work with supervision to achieve goals and milestones.
• Ensure availability during all operating hours.
• Lead short-range planning and project development.
• Monitor legislative, community, and payer issues affecting research.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state home health regulations.
• Maintain liaison with Agency staff and public information materials.
• Develop data collection, recording, and reporting systems.
• Contribute to public relations and marketing to foster growth.
• Report progress and advise Owner/DOO on future growth.
