Jobot is seeking an HNWI Client Advisor to lead tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and business owners. This fully remote role requires an active CPA or JD with 8+ years of tax experience and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license or JD required.
• Eight+ years of tax experience and at least four years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience serving high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive tax planning, consulting, and compliance engagements for HNW individuals and business owners.
• Review and sign complex federal and multistate returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, estates, trusts.
• Provide technical guidance on Forms 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, and 1120S and related tax matters.
• Establish engagement objectives, scope, staffing, budgets, and timelines with accountability for quality and delivery.
• Maintain proactive year-round client communication and identify additional planning opportunities.
• Generate new high-net-worth client relationships through referrals and strategic networking.
• Recruit, mentor, train, and evaluate Associates and Managers to strengthen client-management capabilities.
• Leverage modern tax technology to improve efficiency and client experience.
