SOLV Energy is looking for a remote Director High Voltage to develop and implement strategies optimizing High Voltage solutions. The candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in High Voltage and substation projects, team leadership skills, and the ability to analyze market trends. The role includes managing vendor relationships and ensuring project compliance. Benefits include medical, dental, and retirement plans with a salary range of $156,065 to $195,082.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of work related experience in design and/or construction of High Voltage and substation projects.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to work with others under all situations.
• Ability to work, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently.
• Flexible schedule due to client and project locations.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency and knowledge in office practices, procedures and equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s High Voltage strategy in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
• Identify market opportunities for High Voltage deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and finance teams to develop cost effective High Voltage solutions.
• Oversee the design, construction and commissioning of High Voltage projects.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and partners.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of High Voltage professionals.
• Represent the company at client meetings, conferences and regulatory proceedings.
