Qualifications
Minimum 8 to 10 years of work related experience in design and/or construction of High Voltage and substation projects.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to work with others under all situations.
Ability to work, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently.
Flexible schedule due to client and project locations.
Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency and knowledge in office practices, procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the design, construction and commissioning of High Voltage projects.
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and partners.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of High Voltage professionals.
Represent the company at client meetings, conferences and regulatory proceedings.
