UPLVL Agency is seeking a High-Ticket Sales Closer to own the full sales engine—from first call to signed agreement. You’ll close remote video calls with pre-qualified leads and drive growth for a women-led PR firm serving health, wellness, and finance experts.

You’ll report to Kayley and use a proven funnel, scripts and CRM to maximize close rates. This fully remote role requires resilience, sharp questioning, and a passion for impact-driven clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing high-ticket services on remote calls.
• Proven 30%+ close rate with examples.
• Agency, PR, or digital marketing sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Run video sales calls to diagnose problems and surface pains.
• Close on the call and collect deposits when possible.
• Book kickoff calls and hand off to delivery team.
• Follow up with warm leads who didn’t decide.
• Keep CRM clean and log outcomes and next steps.
• Review calls and share weekly numbers.
• Suggest script and funnel improvements to raise close rates.
