Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and Zoom confidence.
• Willingness to obtain state insurance licensing (guidance + reimbursement).
• Coachable with a structured sales system.
• Comfortable in a 100% commission-based environment.
• Self-discipline to manage a remote schedule and hit weekly targets.

Responsibilities

• Run structured client appointments.
• Conduct fact-finding sessions via Zoom.
• Identify gaps in budgeting, savings, debt, insurance, and retirement planning.
• Follow the Atlas appointment framework (Fact Find - Diagnose - Recommend - Close).
• Maintain professionalism and high energy.
• Present and close high-ticket financial solutions.
• Handle objections with discipline and emotional control.
• Close business ethically and accurately.
• Ensure strong client onboarding and persistence.
• Maintain production standards.
• Track weekly KPIs (appointments set, sit rate, close rate, premium submitted).
• Participate in weekly sales training and accountability calls.
• Maintain a high-performance, positive attitude culture.
