Job summary

NexGen Steel is seeking a remote High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our Relationship Manager Program. This is an independent contractor, commission-only role focused on consultative sales with builders and contractors to close multi-thousand dollar deals.

You’ll work with a proven funnel, manage your pipeline, and leverage a support team including a deal command center and estimating group to maximize earnings. If you’re motivated by performance, we’d love to talk.

Qualifications

• Experience closing $5,000–$20,000+ high-ticket offers over Zoom or phone.
• Ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Run Qualified Sales Calls: conduct scheduled Zoom/phone consultations.
• Guide Prospects to a Decision: present options, handle objections, enroll into programs.
• Manage Your Pipeline: prep for calls, follow up, keep CRM updated.
• CRM & Reporting: document calls, track revenue and closes.
• Collaborate & Improve: coordinate with Appointment Setters and coaching sessions.
