Job summary

Spyglass Ops, LLC is seeking a high-ticket Closer to take over founder-led sales calls. You will diagnose needs over diagnostic sales conversations with warm inbound leads (about 10 qualified calls per week) and close into five-figure engagements.

This is a remote 1099 contractor role starting part-time and ramping to full-time over four months. You will work directly with founder Jhana Li and build a founder-independent sales process, with potential to lead the sales team as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Business savviness: work with 7-8 figure startup founders.
• Operational understanding: apply ops to improve sales processes.
• High-ticket remote sales: proven track record selling high-ticket digital products or services.
• Experience as the first sales hire after a founder is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales inbox and CRM.
• Build processes and automations, including AI tools.
• Maintain an efficient sales pipeline with lead nurturing.
• Run diagnostic sales calls with founders of growing businesses.
• Understand each founder’s business, numbers and bottlenecks, and connect them to Spyglass solutions.
• Set accurate expectations about what Spyglass delivers to clients.
• Close high-ticket engagements at a minimum 25% close ratio.
