Job summary

Stride, Inc. seeks a highly qualified High School Math Teacher to deliver online course content in a virtual setting. You will provide synchronous and asynchronous instruction, monitor student progress in Stride K12's LMS, and collaborate with families to support individual learning goals.

This role is part-time, up to 25 hours per week, with hours often between 9-5 EST or 8-4. A state teaching license and Bachelor's degree are required, and travel may be necessary for occasional school

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active state teaching license.
• Ability to clear background check.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with K12 systems and curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online high school math content.
• Provide synchronous and asynchronous instruction.
• Monitor student progress via LMS and adjust teaching accordingly.
• Communicate regularly with families/learning coaches.
