Job summary

Inland Imaging Associates, LLC is hiring a Help Desk Specialist I – Clinical Applications for a full-time, daytime schedule. The role is fully remote and requires handling radiology software, clinical workflows and on-call coverage to support patient care.

The candidate will provide remote and on-site support, install PACS/Voice Recognition tools, document issues, and escalate tickets while following security guidelines. An Associate degree and 1+ year helpdesk experience are expected.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of technical helpdesk experience.
  • Experience with workstation, network and cloud technology.
  • Knowledge of workstation hardware and software support.
  • Healthcare or radiology application functionality desired.
  • Experience supporting RIS, PACS or Voice Recognition systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support in a clinical setting as required.
  • Enter, prioritize and escalated service tickets via the ticket system.
  • Work with customers by phone, onsite and online to resolve computing and radiology application problems.
  • Install and configure radiology software packages such as PACS, Voice Recognition and other supporting applications.
  • Monitor queue e-mail request folders and provide coverage to meet queue needs.
