Job summary

Partners Behavioral Health Management in Albemarle, NC, is hiring a HEDIS Coordinator to ensure compliance with HEDIS standards, support quality improvement, and coordinate data across departments.

You will assist Quality Advisors, manage data for HEDIS and state reporting, train staff, and prepare for PMV and HEDIS audits, contributing to better patient outcomes.

Remote/hybrid option; available for any of Partners' NC locations (or within 40 miles of the NC border).

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical records, or healthcare data management.
  • 2 years of experience with healthcare quality measures or clinical data reporting.
  • Experience with HEDIS measures, healthcare auditing, or quality improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects and managing deadlines in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

  • Compliance Oversight: ensure adherence to HEDIS standards; oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Data Management: manage collection, validation, and aggregation of data for HEDIS and state reporting.
  • Quality Improvement Support: identify opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
  • Documentation and Coding Support: guide providers on proper documentation to meet HEDIS requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: track metrics and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Training and Education: conduct training on HEDIS measures and data collection.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: liaise between departments for HEDIS reporting.
  • Audit Preparation: assist in PMV and HEDIS audits; address findings.
  • Continuous Improvement: streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
