Centene is seeking an HEDIS Quality & Audit Analyst to support enterprise HEDIS quality oversight, audit readiness, and CMS submission activities. The role ensures documentation is complete and audit-ready, collaborating with Health Plans to meet timelines and requirements.
Ideal candidates hold a healthcare-related bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in HEDIS, regulatory, audit, or quality improvement within healthcare. Remote US work is supported.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field required.
- 2+ years in HEDIS, regulatory, audit or quality improvement.
- Experience in healthcare environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support HEDIS quality oversight, audit readiness and submission activities.
- Document lessons learned and opportunities for process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain NCQA HEDIS artifacts (Roadmaps, Section 5, CAHPS).
- Manage audit and submission timelines, deliverables and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Health Plans on population validation and measure selection.
- Oversee CMS submission activities including PLD coordination.
- Apply enterprise standards and documentation requirements across deliverables.
- Identify audit issues, risks, and documentation gaps.
- Lead and participate in audit meetings and reviews.
- Perform quality checks to ensure complete, accurate audit materials.
- Perform other duties and comply with policies.
