Job summary
Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager, Healthcare Enterprise Business Analyst, to lead analysis and transformation for payer enrollment, billing, producer management, and finance operations. You will bridge business and technology teams, shaping scalable solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and member experiences.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, enterprise business analysis, product analysis, or consultancy in healthcare payer environments.
- Proven ability to elicit and document requirements, run workshops, create process flows, and support testing and implementation activities.
- Experience with enterprise transformation, modernization, regulatory, or operational improvement initiatives in healthcare payer settings.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills to influence teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, process modeling, and solution design across enrollment, billing, producer management, commissions, and finance.
- Partner with business stakeholders to optimize enrollment processes, producer commissions, book of business management, and workflows.
- Analyze upstream and downstream impacts across enrollment, billing, claims processing, UM/UR, and related payer functions.
- Develop business cases, process flows, functional requirements, user stories, testing strategies, and implementation recommendations.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, finance, and business teams to support system modernization and regulatory compliance.
