Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to recruit healthcare-focused strategy consultants who can train their language model on professional presentations and slide decks.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across due diligence, hospital and payer strategy, pipeline exhibits, and health system transformation materials, while guiding the model to improve quality, structure, and visuals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare or life sciences strategy consulting.
• Deep expertise in healthcare data exhibits and clinically-informed storylines.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows, including commercial due diligence decks for healthcare assets, hospital and payer strategy presentations, pipeline assessment exhibits, and health system transformation materials.
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve the model’s output quality, structure, and visual design.
