Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a Digital technology team with client management responsibilities.
• 6-8 years of consulting experience as a Payer SME.
• Experience in management consulting, preferably with top firms.
• Strong background in Healthcare industry including health plans, claims, and provider operations.
• Project management and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs a small-to-medium team through client engagement, analysis, business case development, and solutions.
• Aligns industry expertise to consulting engagement requirements.
• Manages escalations and balances client responsiveness with resource use.
• Ensures alignment of team activities to priorities and efficient use of time and resources.
• Monitors and addresses capability gaps to ensure engagement readiness.
• Leads client workshops and supports business analysis interviews.
