Job summary

Kirby Bates Associates seeks an Executive Recruiter to join our remote executive search team focused on healthcare leaders. You will partner with VPs and AVPs to develop sourcing strategies, engage senior candidates, assess fit, and create an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through placement.

You’ll drive targeted searches, build candidate pipelines, and maintain strong client and candidate relationships across healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; a healthcare-related field is preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in retained executive search or healthcare recruitment.
• Proven ability to identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Strong internet research and Boolean search skills.
• Experience with recruiting databases and tools such as ZoomInfo.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Bullhorn preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Teams, and Excel.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills for client-ready work.
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple leaders in a matrix environment.
• Self-motivation and discipline to thrive in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines for executive searches.
• Identify and engage qualified executive candidates.
• Use LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and industry directories to build talent pools.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Coordinate client interviews and candidate logistics.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with leadership teams.
• Maintain ongoing communication to keep candidates engaged.
• Ensure resumes and materials meet Kirby Bates standards.
