Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Remote Claims Processing Associate to handle professional claims from providers. You will review policies, ensure HIPAA compliance and handle expedited training with the client.

The role requires 1–3 years in healthcare claims processing, strong MS Office skills and the ability to work 8 am–4 pm EST remotely. You will be evaluated on accuracy and adherence to SLAs while maintaining client productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• 1-3 year(s) hands-on experience in Healthcare Claims Processing.
• 2+ year(s) using a computer with Windows applications and navigating multiple screens.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previously performing – in P&Q work environment; work from queue; remotely
• Keyboard skills and computer familiarity – toggling between screens and multiple systems.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products – Outlook, MS Word and MS-Excel.
