Job summary

Machinify, a leading healthcare intelligence company, seeks a Healthcare BI and Analytics Manager who will own reporting, compliance reporting, and performance analytics across programs. You’ll focus on healthcare eligibility and claims datasets, writing SQL, building dashboards, and guiding analysts.

You will establish standards and roadmaps, create crosswalks and validation logic, monitor ETL, and partner with data engineering to keep pipelines reliable. The salary range is $110,000–$120,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics or healthcare domain.
• At least 5+ years in BI/claims analytics or analytics engineering.
• Hands-on experience with eligibility, member and claims data in healthcare analytics.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare claims data formats (837/835/271) and NCPDP.
• Proficient in writing production-grade SQL and dashboard/reporting development.
• Experience with modern BI tools and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Own reporting frameworks and standards across client programs.
• Own client compliance, metrics, dashboard, and ad hoc reporting.
• Partner with data engineering on pipelines and data quality.
• Reconcile client systems and support reporting needs.
• Create data crosswalks and analytics for multiple programs.
• Write and optimize SQL against large claims datasets; manage tests and version control.
• Identify anomalies, conduct ad hoc research, and surface root causes.
• Develop repeatable checks and monitoring for ongoing reporting.
• Build crosswalks, joins, and validations for ongoing needs.
• Monitor file receipt and ETL timing against business requirements.
• Coordinate with teammates to resolve upstream data issues.
• Serve as reporting liaison between clients and analysts.
