Job summary

WPS Health Solutions in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Customer Care Center Rep who delivers exceptional service to members, brokers, and providers. You will research health plan inquiries and resolve issues with clarity, empathy, and accuracy.

The role supports benefits, eligibility, and claims questions, with training 8 weeks, 8am-4:30pm CT, and a Monday–Friday schedule once trained. Remote options and a starting base salary of $20.50 per hour are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service in health insurance or healthcare call center.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to explain complex information.
• Proven problem-solving skills with empathy and patience.
• Accurate multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for members, brokers, and providers.
• Answer inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, and services.
• Explain benefits and guide resolution of issues with clarity and empathy.
• Document interactions and collaborate with internal teams for complex inquiries.
