WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Customer Care Center Representative to deliver exceptional service to members, brokers, and providers. You will research and resolve inquiries with clear, accurate responses across multiple systems while documenting interactions for quality assurance.

This role supports remote work in approved states, with training Monday–Friday CT, and a consistent 8:30am–5:00pm CT schedule once trained. Start date is Tuesday January 12 with base pay of $20.50/hr.

Qualificações

• Minimum one year of customer service experience in health insurance or healthcare call center.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with empathy and patience.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for members, brokers, and providers, answering inquiries about benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, and services.
• Assist members in understanding benefits and eligibility, and resolve billing issues.
• Respond to provider inquiries related to claims, authorizations, and reimbursement status.
• Address and resolve service requests and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex inquiries and ensure a seamless experience.
