Job summary

Bickham Services in the United States is seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer II to design, develop, test, and support Health Cloud solutions. You will deliver customizations, integrate third-party systems, partner with the Health Cloud Admin, and help optimize critical workflows.

You will work in an Agile environment, write code using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs, and participate in code reviews, testing, and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, math, engineering, or related field with programming/database coursework.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD background clearance.
• 3+ years of general application development and support experience.
• 1+ year of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience.
• 1+ year of experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD.
• Experience with JavaScript, Salesforce Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOAP, and REST.
• Experience in Agile using Jira.
• Strong communication with technical and business audiences.
• Healthcare government contract systems experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce Government Cloud/Government Cloud Plus development experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, support, and test vendor software; install upgrades and troubleshoot.
• Understand business processes and module connections.
• Help design user interfaces and workflows.
• Develop code for system interfaces and data integration using Salesforce APIs.
• Convert designs into code and participate in code reviews.
• Provide day-to-day support, debug issues, and learn user workflows.
• Coordinate across departments to support performance and communicate changes.
• Develop test plans, prepare data, run tests, and fix defects.
• Create technical reports and design documents.
• Assist with escalated tickets; document change-control.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and test-driven development.
• On-call support, occasional weekend/night work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
