You will own detection, incident response, and preventive controls, partnering across IT, Product, and Legal to scale security as the company grows—defining playbooks, automating workflows, and guiding vendor strategy.

You bring 5+ years of managing security teams and 7+ years hands‑on in security operations, with a track record of scaling functions

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of management experience leading security teams.
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in security operations, incident response, detection, or security engineering.
• Track record of scaling a security function through rapid growth, automation, and disciplined operations.
• Strategic thinking that goes beyond scope of the role.
• Ability to translate technical risk into business impact for executives, legal, customers, and IT/Product counterparts.

Aufgaben

• Lead Security Operations and Security Engineering; own detection, response, and prevention.
• Partner with Governance, Risk & Compliance and Application Security & Vulnerability Management.
• Define and drive preventive controls, identity assurance, and least privilege across employees/contractors/build systems.
• Grow the program and team as the company expands; decide what to build, automate, and where to add headcount.
• Collaborate with IT and Product leadership to implement security controls in platforms, pipelines, and products.
