Job summary

Praxis seeks a Head of Pharmacovigilance (PV), a physician who will build and lead an in-house PV function across clinical development and commercial products. You will own the AI-enabled safety database and oversee its enhancement as products advance.

This role is accountable for safety strategy, signal management, and regulatory reporting, partnering with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical Affairs, Data Science, and Commercial to ensure robust safety oversight.

Qualifications

• Physician with PV experience preferred.
• Experience leading a pharmacovigilance function.
• Ability to build and scale a PV program.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead PV function across clinical development and commercial products.
• Own AI-enabled safety database and governance.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and safety signal management.
• Recruit, develop, and retain PV team; ensure inspection readiness.
