Job summary

M9 Solutions is seeking an HCM Configuration Analyst to support a federal government contract. This remote role requires US citizenship and an active Public Trust clearance, with duties across Core HR, self-service, and HR platforms.

You will configure, migrate, test, and document changes, maintain design workbooks, and contribute to CDRL deliverables. 1–3 years in HCM/ERP configuration, plus exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, are preferred.

Qualifications

• US citizenship or right to work in the United States.
• Active Public Trust clearance required.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years experience configuring or supporting HCM/ERP or enterprise apps.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or similar cloud HCM.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under change control.
• Excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute configured tasks across Core HR, workforce structures, self-service, and related HCM modules.
• Support configuration migration and validation across non-production environments.
• Build and execute test scripts; log, track, and retest defects.
• Maintain configuration workbooks and design documentation.
• Support data validation and reconciliation during migration dry runs.
• Contribute to contract deliverables including release notes and status reporting.
