Meridial is seeking a Haitian Creole Language Expert to support the development of advanced AI language models. As a contractor, you will evaluate linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance while conversing with AI in Haitian Creole.

This role requires expertise in Haitian grammar and culture, alongside a Master’s degree in a related field. Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with compensation ranging from $8 to $65 per hour based on your experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or Haitian Creole Language preferred.
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, or editorial work is ideal.
• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively.

Responsibilities

• Challenge language models on colloquial expressions and contextual interpretation.
• Converse with the model in Haitian Creole across a wide range of topics.
• Document failures and suggest improvements to model reasoning.
