Job summary

Allara is hiring board-certified Gynecologists to deliver exceptional care to women who have historically been underserved. This fully remote role requires an active IMLC license (or in process) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality care via video visits.

You will assess patients, create personalized treatment plans, educate patients, and maintain charting while collaborating with other clinicians.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution and board certification in Gynecology
• Active national board certification in Gynecology and IMLC license (or in process)
• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive clinical Gynecology experience focusing on chronic/complex women's health conditions
• Ability to work autonomously with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care
• Complete required training and uphold Allara's clinical policies and best practices
• Educate patients on preventative care using evidence-based strategies
• Maintain accurate patient records and timely charting
• Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care
• Dedicate a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours per week including consultations and medical guidance
