Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC is seeking a remote GTS Functional Lead/Consultant with 10+ years of experience in GTS Customs Import, Product Classification, FIORI Apps, and Reporting & Analytics. The role requires process knowledge, workshop facilitation, FIT gap analysis, and strong documentation skills.

The candidate will drive requirements gathering, configuration, and documentation across export/import processes, sanctions checks, and integration with external warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in GTS Customs Import Process and Product Classification.
• Experience with GTS FIORI Apps and Reporting & Analytics.
• Ability to write Application Design Documents/Functional Specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshop B for requirements and gather additional needs.
• Plan and build: Requirements Management, Configuration and Documentation, Key Decision Documentation, Process Flows, Authorization and Security, Test planning, Change Management, Reporting.
• Coordinate with external warehouse systems (3PL) and integration touchpoints (EWM, TM, Dangerous Goods).
• Perform FIT Gap Analysis and maintain configurations.
