NoCapCode is looking for a proactive and growth focused Social Media Intern to support Nexgn’s content distribution, audience engagement, and growth execution for Nexgn. This role focuses on managing platform activity, monitoring engagement, supporting campaign execution, and tracking content performance across digital channels.

The selected candidate will work closely with the content, design, video, and marketing teams while gaining hands on startup growth and marketing operations exposure.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media platforms.
• Interest in growth marketing, analytics, and digital operations.
• Students or freshers seeking startup execution exposure.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Monitor engagement, comments, DMs, and audience interactions
• Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, and conversions
• Support growth experiments, campaign execution, and audience-building initiatives
• Coordinate with content, design, and video teams for campaign alignment
• Maintain consistency in publishing schedules and platform communication
