Ummah Media Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the marketing function across all products, driving growth, brand awareness, and revenue in the Muslim digital economy. You will lead strategy, content, SEO, and performance campaigns while collaborating with co-founders.

The role is fully remote with global reach, offering equity and opportunities to shape a growing marketing engine. Ideal for a self-starter who aligns with Islamic values and can scale marketing operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience with proven growth results.
• Strong performance marketing skills (funnels, CAC, LTV, growth metrics).
• Content creation ability with copywriting and content creation skills.
• Data-driven mindset using analytics to make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategy across all UMG products.
• Own lead generation and conversion optimization for UMG products.
• Build content marketing engine (blog, social, email, video).
• Drive SEO strategy, AI visibility optimization, and organic growth.
• Manage brand positioning for diverse Muslim audiences globally.
• Measure and optimize marketing ROI with data-driven decisions.
• Position Muslim Ad Network as a thought leader in Muslim advertising and media.
• Build and lead a marketing team as we scale, collaborating with sales, product, and ops.
