Job summary

Sunfish, a fast-growing health tech startup, is looking for a Marketing and Communications Support role. This position is ideally located in Los Angeles or New York, but remote work within the U.S. is acceptable. The role involves assisting in drafting content for social media, community engagement, and supporting partnerships and events. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong interest in health tech and family building. Flexible working hours with a stipend for office setup are offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and organizing content for social, newsletters, and patient education.
• Help coordinate assets, timelines, and project details across internal and external teams.
• Monitor Reddit, Quora, and other IVF/TTC communities to identify where Sunfish should show up.
• Assist with logistics for webinars, community events, and clinic activations.
