Qualifications

• 0–3 years of related Grievances and Appeals/ERP experience.
• Associate's or Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
• Under supervision, handles basic issues and refers complex ones to higher‑level staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess functional requirements and initiate complex ERP installations.
• Ensure cross‑functional access to systems and map business processes to ERP modules.
• Document, deliver, and administer end‑user training materials.
