Prismhr Hire is hiring a GRC Implementation and Integration Specialist to lead customer implementations of governance, risk, and compliance platforms (RegScale and related tools). You will work directly with customers to design solutions, configure the platform, coordinate integrations, train users, and guide each implementation through launch and early adoption.

This hands-on, customer-facing role combines GRC knowledge, implementation experience, technical problem-solving, and strong

Qualifications

• Four or more years of relevant experience in GRC platform implementation or related field.
• Experience leading implementations from discovery to launch.
• Working knowledge of major cybersecurity/compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800-53, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Experience with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to develop clear requirements, configuration docs, training materials, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through launch and early adoption.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer processes, systems, and goals.
• Develop implementation plans addressing workflows, data, integrations, training, and risks.
• Configure platform features such as control frameworks, workflows, forms, dashboards, roles, and reports.
• Coordinate and document integrations with customer systems, including data mapping and APIs.
• Troubleshoot configuration and adoption issues and communicate product gaps to teams.
• Train platform administrators and end users and create user guides.
