Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design or related creative roles.
• Strong portfolio in digital design, print, branding, marketing, and corporate communications.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and design principles.
• Experience creating graphics for websites, email campaigns, and social media.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop original graphic concepts for digital, print, marketing, and corporate communications.
• Create promotional materials, social media graphics, presentations, ads, brochures, newsletters, and branded content.
• Design visuals for websites, emails, digital platforms, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and business teams to understand project requirements.
• Translate briefs and campaign messaging into visual solutions.
• Apply brand guidelines across typography, color, imagery, layouts.
• Edit and optimize images for digital and print.
• Prepare production-ready files meeting specs and quality standards.
• Manage multiple design assignments and deadlines.
• Participate in reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain organized libraries of assets.
• Research trends and new design technologies.
• Support motion graphics, animation, and video editing when required.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, agencies.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and asset management.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and quality expectations.
