Job summary

Fuse, a full-service marketing agency in Winooski, Vermont, seeks a Designer to deliver high-quality visuals for youth-focused brands. You will collaborate with project teams to translate briefs into compelling print and digital assets, while advancing brand storytelling across channels.

The ideal candidate brings 3–6 years in a creative agency or in-house studio, strong typography and layout skills, and proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong portfolio across digital, print, experiential work.
• Proficiency in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing across digital and print media.
• Brand identity work and guidelines experience.
• Excellent time management in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create designs across print and digital mediums, collaborating with the Creative studio.
• Design Execution: Attend client kick-off, develop options, iterate with stakeholder feedback.
• Presentation: Present work with rationale and capture client feedback.
• Communication & Professionalism: Maintain strong written and verbal communication.
• Technical Process & Production: Create production files and coordinate with vendors.
• Creative Innovation & Learning: Stay current with design trends and Adobe suite; explore new tools.
• Additional Responsibilities: Travel as needed and assist with events.
